Frabjous Times

I'll put this out there in hopes that someone might have the answer for me. In the course of business I came across a problem with some bits of furniture left orphans by manufacturers gone defunct. The two chairs were made by Charles Harland, Inc., which I am informed no longer is in business owing to the demise of its owner. Here is everything I know about these pieces.
