My sister and her husband have decided to put
their condo
on the market, hoping to trade up to a 2 BR place. Listing price
is $349888 for 679 sq feet, translating to a cool $515/sq foot.
Wow, that price isn't too far off from the appraised value for our
3 story Colonial here in New Jersey.
Update: the property is sold.
That was quick. No word yet on when they are moving or where their
new place will be.
And, in other news, my sister is expecting her second child, early next
year!
