How the press besets me so again

All the same
This brouhaha would be so tame
For I haven't met a spook
As familiar with a nuke
As my sweet Plame
I've met numerous spies who had fascinating ways
A fascinating gaze 'neath their shades
Some who'd hint of hot grenades
But their attempts at leaks
Were only imitations of
Agent Plame
I can't bear to think of her name
But I'll never be the same
Until I divulge who must bear the blame
For covert Plame
Unmask Plame?
I can't ever speak of her name
But I'll take care to defame
The source who dared proclaim
“Valerie Plame”
